All orders are dispatched on either Tuesday and Thursday each week, do be aware that any orders will be dispatched on these days and orders will take 2-4 days to be delivered.
Should you require a refund or return, in the first instance contact us to discuss your return. Please report your wish to return within 14 days of receipt with your order. All items must be in their original, unused, and saleable condition, unless agreed faulty. Refunds will be given only on full priced items, not sale items.
Once confirmation from us has been receive that a refund is possible the item/s should be returned to the below details within 14 days. Return postage must be paid by purchaser, we advise our customers to use a tracked service as we will not refund any item/s we do not receive. Please provide full order No and name within the parcel to avoid delay.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@athomewithperfectrooms.co.uk to discuss the situation with a member of our team.
